Service Agreement: Leadership Foundations Course

This Agreement is entered into between the Client (“Client”) and A People Revolution LLC (“Company”) as of the date of purchase or signature, for access to and/or facilitation of the Leadership Foundations course.

1. Services Provided

Company agrees to provide the Client with access to the Leadership Foundations course, which includes:

• Access to the Unleash U platform

• Core curriculum (six essential leadership skills)

• Digital worksheets and tools

• Monthly modules and application activities

• Optional: Cohort-based facilitation sessions (if purchased separately)

This is a self-paced course unless otherwise specified. Live facilitation is only included if outlined in the invoice or contract.

2. Payment Terms

• Individual license: $900 USD (or 6 payments of $150)

• Team pricing and facilitation fees are custom and outlined in a separate invoice

• Payment must be received before full access is granted

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

3. Access and Use

• Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course for internal leadership development only.

• Access is granted for 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure participants have the time and tech access to complete the modules.

• Maintain confidentiality of course materials.

• Adhere to the intellectual property and usage guidelines outlined herein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, visuals, and tools are proprietary to A People Revolution LLC. Nothing may be copied, shared, or reused outside the organization without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared throughout the duration of the agreement.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical failure or misrepresentation of access, to be reviewed case-by-case.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Minnesota. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

9. Termination

This agreement may be terminated if either party breaches a material term and fails to resolve it within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.
