WIRED Collective Crew Member Agreement

Purpose of the WIRED Collective Crew
The purpose of a WIRED Collective Crew is to foster community, guidance and accountability by providing a supportive and constructive environment for individuals.

Expectations of Members
By becoming a member, I agree to:

1. Respect Confidentiality: What is shared within the group stays within the group. This is a safe space for openness.
2. Active Participation: I will engage in Crew discussions, attend meetings regularly.  If I can’t attend I’ll communicate with my Crew as soon as I can.
3. Respectful Communication: I will listen attentively and respect differing opinions, even if they are not in alignment with my own beliefs or experiences - I will approach with curiosity, not judgement.
4. Clear is Kind Feedback: I will offer feedback in a way that is clear, kind, and geared towards growth.
5. Respecting Boundaries: I will respect the personal and professional boundaries of fellow members. I understand that some members may be more comfortable with certain topics or levels of sharing and will honor these limits.
6. Virtual Engagement: For virtual meetings, I will ensure I am in an environment free from distractions (we also understand life s#*! happens) and I will engage respectfully with all members. I will respect everyone’s time by being punctual and participating fully.

Termination of Membership
When you join the Collective Crew, you’re committing to a full 12-month experience with your small group. Your membership will automatically renew each year so you can keep your momentum going without interruption.

If you decide not to renew, we ask that you let us know at least 30 days before your renewal date via email to info@wired.com so we can adjust your spot and welcome a new member into the group.

We do this to protect the integrity of each group and make sure every member gets the consistency, trust, and connection that comes from showing up together over time.
