Objective

Help you uncover your core values, understand their origins, and connect you to your leadership style. This activity encourages introspection, challenges assumptions, and lays the foundation for purpose-driven leadership.

Instructions

The start of your leadership vision is first defining your core values. We’re guessing that you already have an idea of what they are - you might even be able to name them, but we’re going to ask you to go a little bit deeper. In our experience, the values that often come to you first might actually be those that the world has told you are important, or perhaps they’re things that just come naturally to you, so you have embraced them.

This exercise is about uncovering WHY those are your values AND understanding the origin of them. Values are deeply rooted in our experience and our perception of the world around us. They are things that often times guide our thoughts, but may not make it from our minds to our lips. Sometimes, we have values that we hide or don’t share for fear of being judged. In this exercise - there are no eyes on you, no judgment… just you and your values. So be honest, challenge traditional thinking and take things one step deeper than you might feel comfortable doing… we promise, it will make a big difference in your leadership journey.
